In the first quarter of 2021, Brazil's Android users have shown a keen interest in managing their finances through mobile applications. Sensor Tower's data provides us with insights into the performance of the top personal finance apps in the region during this period.

Money manager & expenses, published by Cleaner + Antivirus + VPN company, saw a fluctuating trend in downloads, starting at around 4.4K in the last week of December and peaking at nearly 6K in the first week of February. Weekly active users demonstrated a more consistent growth, with figures rising from 6.7K to approximately 16.4K by the end of March.

Splitwise, a tool for splitting bills, maintained modest revenue throughout the quarter, with earnings hovering around the low hundreds weekly. Downloads saw a significant decline from 6.5K to around 1.5K, while active users dipped initially but rebounded to 8.3K by the quarter's end.
